RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@printginny.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow seven (7) business days from the date we receive the item for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.


EXCEPTIONS
